Usb Ports Are Not Working.
Two out of three USB ports are not functioning. The computer doesn't react with a sound when USB devices are plugged into these two ports. There is no recognition, and USB external devices are non-functional.

Hi mrchuck2000,
Check device manager and see if there's a problem with the usb driver
goto filemanager -> right click computer-> select manage -> device manager
and look for usb on the bottom of the list and check there's no exclamation mark.
if so try uninstall and reinstalling it (right click it and choose uninstall)
