How To Reset Password On My Laptop.
Try to log in, but says password incorrect try again. Try to reset password, but gives me a : "this feature requires removable media, such a USB flash drive". Message

Hi. You sadly have to format your computer to be able to use it again if you create no password recovery media. See the directions here (and click the link under "Restore") for directions. You may need a Windows disc should the method on the link above not work for you.
