Bland Screen After Sleep

When system is in sleep mode, when coming out of sleep mode, blank screen. Followed directions removing battery and reset procedures, but continues. System is new and worked for 3 months. Toshiba Support too expensive to consider, Charge for anything and no problem being resolved.Reviewed all System Information no hardware problems, Current drivers updated and not viruses or malwaye.Appreciate any support for feedback. System Power Settings are set to default and Recoverd full..still no positive progress.

There is also a mention re starting up after sleep in the Toshiba bulletin on the same page. Also check that the cooling is working OK as this can cause the laptop not to restart after sleep.
