Disc Error

My DVD won't play. I keep getting a disc error message. How do I fix it?

This is either on the part of the CD (It may be scratched or unreadable) or there is a damage in the lens reader of your Toshiba SD-3950 device. Please perform your Do It Yourself troubleshooting by using a new and working CD. You can determine if there is a problem with the lens. You may need to bring the product to the service / repair center if the problem is the lens.
