Please Clarify If There Is A Recall On This Battery Model Pa3817u-1brs
Had laptop just over 1 year, battery says to "consider replacing and has red flashing "X" over battery icon" but yet computer says battery is fully charged... What is the problem?

The red flashing x and fully charged status of your Toshiba PA3817U-1BRS indicates that there is a failure in the battery. This requires replacement because it will worn out soon. I suggest that you replace the battery. You can purchase compatible batteries online from the links below.
