Might Have Erased Hard Drive Partition

So I was messing around with my computer trying to get it to install windows 7 ultimate from a thumb drive and in the process I think I might have erased the hard drive partition. When I try to start it up it immediately goes into Aptio setup utility and I can't figure out how to get it to boot. I've looked under the boot tab and the only thing available to me is windows boot manager...so (forgive my ignorance) I'm guessing it won't boot because it has nothing to boot from. I tried to do a restore by holding down the 0 button as it starts but nothing different happens. My laptop model is Toshiba MQ01AB. If anyone could give me any clues as to how to get my computer going I'd be forever grateful!
