Dvd Tray Is Stuck; It Won't Open Or Close; Can't Play Or Record On Blank Dvds
Hi:
We've had a DVR670 for over a year now. A few days ago after having worked very well, the DVD tray appears to be stuck. It won't open or close and thus obviously won't play DVD's or record onto blank DVD's. I've tried cleaning it, but nothing seems to work. Is there any way that I can repair this problem at home myself? If not, how much do you think it might cost to have it repaired if the warranty has expired?
