Remote Not Working
Have had the modelDVDR620KU tor six days. it worked great until today. The remote does nothing. I replaced the batteries twice using new batteries from different pachages and lots.I can turn on the box by pushing the switch on the front panel.I can also open the disc drive by pushing the front panel switch.when I put the disc in the front panel led's say LOAD but once the LED that said load goes out nothing happens.I have a vcr tape in the machine that won't eject.
