How Do I Down Load The Manual? It Keeps Opening In A Online View Without Any Do

How do I download the manual? It keeps opening in a psuedo PDF viewer, without any option to save it to disk. The print option is not viable either, as I have older printer and want to print first odd pages, then even pages.
