Bad! Bad! T.v.
My Toshiba 50HM67 have black lines from the top all the way down and no color just black and some white do I need a new lamp module?

This could be caused by a defective lamp module or the driver circuitry that is running it. Without knowing the exact cause you would be better served to take it to a service shop for a diagnosis. The mirrors on rear projection sets get out of alignment easily as well and they can tune it up and fix the issue so the set will be functioning at peak performance,.
