Wireless Password Not Recognized

I have a toshiba 26av502r TV and cannot connect it to my wireless network. the connection shows on the list of possibilities, but the password is not recognized (I was on the phone with technicians from Verizon for over an hour last night, they could not figure out why.

It is really hard to figure out why your wireless password is not recognized. Perhaps you have forgotten your password or the capslock on your keyboard is turned on. Please check your keyboard capslock indicator and make sure that it is not activate. Most security passwords are case sensitive.
