Toro Power Shovel 38360 Manual
While using my unit today for snow removal from a deck, the snow-thrower rotor quit rotating. The electric motor would operate (hum), but the rotor wouldn't turn. This has never happened before. What could have caused this behavior? What do I ned to do to get the rotor to turn normally again? Thank you!
