Hi, there are many things that could prevent your 20332 mower from starting. If it's been stored for a while and not used, but there was gas in the tank, the gas might just be old. Try flushing out the gas tank, hose, and carburetor, then filling the tank with new gas.

You've ruled out the spark plug, which is good, so if you've tried the solution above and it didn't help, try cleaning or replacing the air filter.

If neither of those solutions helps, you may want to try changing the oil. If it still won't start, the carburetor may have a blockage, or you could have a more serious problem. Try spraying some starting fluid into the carburetor, with the air filter removed, then reattach everything and see if the mower starts. If it starts up then dies right away, the engine works but there is something blocking the flow of fuel into the engine. The carburetor will probably need to be cleaned out and/or rebuilt.

Post a new question with what you've tried and whether you've gotten the mower to start at all, and we'll go from there.
