Toro's Customer Service website is a little odd, so this will take a few steps.

  1. Go to the Product Page for the Toro Personal Pace Model 20332 mower.

  2. Scroll down to the 'Customer Care' section and click 'Owners Manuals'.  A new browser window will open.

  3. If the model number is not already populated in the search box, enter 20332 and click 'SEARCH' button.
  4. A list of manuals will appear. Choose the appropriate link (language, serial number, date of manufacture, etc.) and a PDF of the manual will start downloading.

  5. If you're presented with a choice of 'Open' or 'Save', click 'Save' to your computer so you'll have the manual for future reference.
Hope this helps!
