Tv Remote

My remote control only blinks when I try to turn the TV on or do anything else. How do I re set it. Thank you.

Turn on your Time Warner cable set-top box using the "Power" button on your remote.

Press and hold the "Vol+," "Vol-" and "Info" buttons on either your remote or on the front of the converter. This will reboot the set-top box.

Use the remote to press and release the "Power" button once the correct time appears on the set-top box front panel. This will turn it back on. All the lists that you have created will be reset.
