Samsung Cable Box Reboots And Keep Getting Application Reload Failure.

Any clue why the SAMSUNG cable box displays APP and will not complete a reboot, keep getting failure to load 4-Apps and just displays APP on the box no matter how many times its unplugged for at least a minute then plugged back in.
