Please Help! My Twc Cable Box Has Frozed While In Reboot Mode!

my TWC Cable box was being really glitchy and so I rebooted it bye simply turning it off and unplugging then plugging it back in. Then everytime I try ever since it makes it to the 5th out of the 6 blue squares and then it just sticks like that. I have tried over and over like 5 times and it jjust does the same thing over and over it has been doing this for like 3-4 hours now! PLEASE HELP!
