My cable box shut off and started to re-boot but has been stuck on E-8 for a half hour. I already unplugged it and the same thing has happened..what do I do?

Hello,

Your box might be fried. E-8 is a boot up stage. I would call the customer service department and see if they can get a customer service agent there.
