My Remote Control Takes Forever To Respond When I Try To Change Channels.

It's hard to change channels, press the guide.. I have to press hard and try from many angles to get it to maybe or maybe not work. I've already replaced the remote, programed the new remote. Please help!

Since you've already replaced the remote, this could be an indication of a problem with the box. We can setup a service call to get the box replaced if you can email details and account information to [email protected]. You can also try swapping the box at your local office if this is more convenient.
