Cable Tv Not Working Properly!!!!!!

Why has my cable service been terrible for the past several months???? I have had three technicians out and they were supposed to change a line but nothing ever changes. This is horrible service. I never know if when I turn on the TV there will be a viewable picture. I have had pixelation, automatic reboots, unable to use on demand, etc., etc., etc. Yet, I must pay full price every single month even though my service has not worked consistently for months. I am a very unhappy customer.

Unfortunately the only thing you can do is call customer service and explain the issue to them again. Your only other option would be to cancel your service and go to another company. Sometimes if you threaten to cancel they will be more apt to help you out.
