Cable Dvr Box

I have an old DVR box from when our cable company was insight. We have installed a new television and I have had a problem programming the remote to control the new tv. I went on tw web sight to figure out the problem but none of the remotes match mine. I want to get a new tw dvr box and need to know how to get one. How do I make this happen?
