Why Won't You Carry Al Jazera, For All The Current Tv Fans?

When Al Gore sold Current Tv to Al Jazera, all able companies dropped the channel. It is my understanding that every other cable provider in the US, with the exception of Time Warner, now carries the channel. Why won't you make a deal? You continue to ignore repeated requests for the channel. All the old Current TV fans miss their shows. I would even consider paying a surcharge to receive it. What can subscribers of Tme Warner do who want this channel? Why are all requests for it ignored, without any acknowledgement of the request?
