My Phone Was Supposed To Be Cancelled Two Months Ago. I Keep Getting Charged.
I cancelled two months ago. The service was allegedly removed at that time. HOwever, I am still being charged. In an effort to cancel service AGAIN, the customer service people have transferred me to retention at least a dozen times (without exaggeration) and there is "no one to answer" my call. This has been going on for two months. Multiple phone calls. Many hours waiting and being transferred. One of the representatives even told me I had to pay the bill before they would cancel. This needs to get remedied or I will have to start filing claims with any one and everyone I am able, including a law suit. I cannot be the only one who is put through an unending process to be denied the ability to cancel service. I am starting to think this is a conspiracy by Time Warner to prevent cancellation of services. Get this fixed now.
