I Retired Two Years Ago,and Have Unsuccessfully Tried To Cancel My Subscription
The only reference I have is on my bank statement

See the Cancellations section at http://subs.time.com/footer/returns-policy/. If that doesn't seem to work, use the corporate contact information here--http://www.corporateofficeowl.com/Time%20Magazine/Corporate%20Office. You can also dispute any charges with your bank.
