Timberland Pit Boss 6' Steel Toe Gaucho # 33034

on 10-02-10 i bought my hubby a pair of timberland pit boss 6" steel toe gaucho # 33034 boots and he is having problems with the right boot at under ankle where it keeps rubbing and annoying him but he is not having the problem with the left boot if you look at the boot you can see that where the laces are and eyelets are located one whole side (left) is lower then the other side and i think that is what's causing the problem.  he is a mechanic and has always wore these boots and never had that problem before what can and will be done about it my email is [email protected] or his is myron [email protected] we bought the boots from sears and paid $94.99 for them thank you pat
