Skip Commercial Stopped Working
when we set up the TiVo during recordings we could press the green skip button than it stop over 2 months ago, can we reset it

Yes, you can. Go to https://my.virginmedia.com/content/dam/virgoBrowse/docs/TiVo_quick_guide.pdf, and on page 21 under "Clear or Reset your set top box" you'll see the instructions. If the problem persists (or if you require further explanation), you'll have to consult Tivo: go to https://help.virginmedia.com/system/templates/selfservice/vm/help/customer/locale/en-GB/portal/200300000001000/topic/200300000001005/TV.
