Oil Milky Color. Gasket Issue?

I noticed the engine was running rough. I checked and found oil to be a milky color. I flushed the old oil and replaced it with 30 W oil. After running the engine no more than 5 minutes, checked and found the oil to be milky again. . Assumed it mayy be a leak in the head gasket. Any other thoughts or recommendations? Thank you.
