Untrained Mgr At Store And Not Getting To Live Person On Toll Free N#

no parts 4 vacume cleaner I purchased at target.. no help from mgr  found at dirt devit website but they want 14.98 plus shipping 4 a small filter    also when I got home I found an overcharge on my bill.. ur computer is wrong   totally bad experience with store and costly to run back 2-3 times
