Incident Still Needs Responding To Please

Re incident 110829-001129. I have paid to have copies of bills for these two periods sent to my home address April 2nd 2011 July 1st -August 1st 2010 Please please please will you send theem to 10 Margetts Place ,Lower Upnor Rochester Kent ME2 4XF  I am repeatedly sent web addresses that i can not acess please please send hard copies Many thanks regards Geoff Butler
