Black/white Horizontal Line

A black/white Horizontal thin line apeared on the bottom part of my Samsung monitor, I bought the monitor 15 days ago, it suddenly apeared today.

I Know the Answer!

This issue is internal and indicate an electrronic defect which will require service (possible parts replacement) to correct.
