Hi there mate, that is really awkward, if that happens and you did everything right must be a problem of the system and you need to reboot it. Must be something wrong in the hardware or the functions on the phone , you may hit it to ground and left it fall or something? you can have too a virus if it is a smart phone which i doubt that would happen... think what happen and probably youll find the way cause if it's broken something best way would be going into local store where you buy it and expose the problem.
