Have Rec'd Mms Message But Have Canadian Cell No. And Not Accepting

I have passwords to access the message on T-Mobile site https://www.mms.t-mobile.co.uk/mmcp/Render/index.jsp?WT.mc_id=pmcollect but won't accept my canadian cell number so i'm not sure how to write it out since it's 604-763-3974 - do I need to include country code?
