DO NOT ENTER ANY THING! YOU MAY PERMANENTLY LOCK YOUR PHONE!
Call T-MOBILE and tell them the problem IMMEDIATLY! They will give you a code to enter to unlock your phone. Do not listen to any other answers, this happened to my G1 and you have to call customer support now or go to a T-Mobile store!!!
