Reactive An Account

I have a past due, I am trying to pay it so I can restore my service, Tmobile is closed for Presidents Day. Can I pay it over the phone or do I need to speak to someone?

Hi there!

You can pay your bill anytime free of charge at t-mobile.com, or via the automated phone system by dialing 611 from your handset.

If your phone is pass due, and suspended, it will reactivate within 2 hours of your payment posting. This process usually only takes a few minutes, and would be the same reactivation timeframe whether speaking to a person or not.

Incase you were not aware, T-Mobile offers payment extensions, so perhaps that can help you out in the future if you are pass due.
