Getting A Refund On A T-mobile Pre-paid

I recently added $100.. to a T-mobile prepaid phone that my mother uses. She got angry with the phone and tossed it to the lake and got an Assurance Wireless without my knowledge. Now I do not wish to get a replacement. I just want to get a refund of the $100.00 that I PUT IR OR WHATEVER REMAINS. how DO I DO THIS?? Best regards, Don Pepper

Idiscontinued service after 10 days of the trial period and after considerable efffort elarned the store give no refunds and the Division in charge fo pay as you go do give a refund. THe challenge is getting teh number and having them not hang-up before they give refund number.
