How Do Cust Get A Person On Fone
I need an actual person not a unrelated questionaire with bunch of buttons to push. Apparently u think it amusing to frustrate your customers before putting them on hold....where nobody comes to answer. I hung up after 25 minutes listening to elevator music. really???? You R not helping your recall customers. My car ruined by your faulty parts and no one bothering to straighten out dealership... YOU R SUPPOSED TO FIX DAMAGE, to our cars....NOT US
