Back Door Won't Open
The back door won't open when you try to open it from outside. The owner manual says to open from inside by removing the cover at the bottom of the door and with a tool push the release latch to open. I removed the cover but I can't find any thing there to push that opens the door or release the latch. Just what is it that I'm suppose to push on?
