2008 Suzuki Forenza Automatic Transmission Jerks Hard From 3rd To 4th

There could be alot of problems causing this like low fluid, too much line pressure, clogged transmission filter, etc so the best way to go about this is to go to a mechanic and have the problem diagnosed.
