My Horn Died.

My horn quit working while I was using it, I checked the fuse in the engine and it's good. its been dying dor a while. (Low tone) when locking car, Is there another fuse?. Where is the horn located, and can I change it with normal home tools. Any help would be appreciated. Johnny
