Checking For Blown Fuse O2 Heater Sensor.

I have been reading troubleshooting ideas about checking the sensor and most say to check for a blown fuse. However, I cannot locate the fuse. Is it in the engine fuse box or Driver side dash Fuse box.  i know where the sensor is located.  Heater  Control Circuit (Bank 1 Sensor 1)
