Leaking Reddish Fluid

My mother has a 2001 Forrester that after driving with either heat or ac leaks reddish fluid. She has had the water pump replaced,  but it still leaks.  Mechanic us puzzled.  Leak does not appear when engine is cold.  It seems to show up on the passenger side underneath the engine.

It is most likely the transmission or transmission lines leaking.
