How To Prevent Ice From Ice Maker Freezing Solid

Our 700TCI3 refrigerator and two freezer drawers are on our yacht. It makes ice fine but after awhile the whole tray freezes solid. How do we keep them loose?

It might be a pain, but probably the best option would be to bag it in sizes you would use. Or to just use it within a week.
