My Battery Burned Up And Haven't Had The Phone 2 Months! No Insurance Was Availa

Greeting - Phone comes with atleat 1 year manufacturer warrantee (Nokia phone has 2 year warrantee and this does not need one to have had insurence) - all that is needed is for them not to find you to have neglected in anyway (like expose it to high temperature, never charged it for the stated hour the first day...). If you think you did not neglect in any way, just check your phone box for any such warrantee related text - then take your phone back to where you bought it with the receit.
