Why Is My Phone Keep Turning Off And It Has A Full Battery

EVERYTIME I TURN MY PHONE ON AND GO TO BROWSER OR TRY SEND TEXT OR CALL IT GOES TO A BLACK SCREEN THEN COMES BACK ON AND KEEPS REPEATING
