Phone Didn't Transfer
I called ST today to transfer my r451c to the t528g.The guy said it was with At&t to hold on to put me to them I guess.He was confusing as he didn't seem to know what he was doing and as a result My old phone is off and my new one is not on.I got a message on it from At&t saying I could recieve calls but when I try it tells me Emergency calls only so I have no service but my minutes transfered.I had 4 days left now it says I have 3.Here is the service number the guy gave me 1035787541 but I have no way to call back to tell them it didn't go through or whatever .
