Hotmail 418g

this is my 2nd 418g motrola straight talk phone. I send the first one to the factor which took 11 day to be returned. i can not axcess hotmail. the message claims either this  phone does noy support java scripit or java scripit is being blocked. my first phone sent one email then stopped.
