No Text Messages Coming Through/no Help From Straight Talk

My phone has suddenly stopped receiving text messages. I call and they say "contact us with an alternate number". I told them i don't have a landline phone and he said...well then I can't help you. I asked him to tell me the steps to troubleshoot and I would write it down and try it. He refused. I'm not an idiot and could follow instructions. They are idiots. Now I have to find someone willing to let me use their phone for the probably hours I'll be talking to the morons trying to fix this. They could have emailed instructions or something. Telling me they can't do anything is UNACCEPTABLE!!! It would also help if more of them spoke ENGLISH properly.

They need you to call from an alternate phone because you won't be able to do the troubleshooting during a phone call.
