Setting Up Voicemail
When I call into set up my voicemail it asks me to hit one to continue in english when I hit the 1 on my phone its as though it doesn't "hear it' After a few times it tells me it can't do anything now and hangs up. I tried calling customer service I hit 5 for other questions and again it isn't "hearing me" and tells me to call back from a touchtone phone

It seems you have a defective touch pad or screen, I suggest you try calling CS from another phone @ Phone: 877-430-2355 How to reach a live person: Press 1 for English and then 4 twice through menu prompts
