I Got Locked Out Of My New Phone

i just got my phone a few days ago and i was putting a different code in for the security thing and then it said enter PUK code, i dont know what that is ive been calling straighttalk for the past 30 min and they keep saying no reps are available!!!! i need to get my phone working now!!!
