Failed Denied
when i send a certain someone a text, I get a text immediately saying it was failed denied. What does that mean? It makes no sense for this person to block my phone.

Greetings. Are you able to make phone calls? If not, try and pull out the battery while the phone is running => reinsert it after two minutes or so => power it on and retry. You will have to contact Customer Service by phone should the issue persist.
